Four Points by Sheraton
We have selected the menu for the specialty banquet and now it time to taste them! The club is hosting a St Patrick Day’s family style luncheon meeting on March 17th at 2:00 pm. We will first start out with a tour of the hotel, meeting and banquet rooms that will be used for the specialty. Lunch will be served at 2:30 pm.
Location: The specialty host hotel, The Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo, 600 East Cork Street Court Kalamazoo, MI 49001
Lunch will have to be RSVP to me at email@example.com or via cell at 231-499-3965 by Thursday, March 8th noon. $15.00 per person paid to the Great Lakes CKCSC; this fee is non-refundable. You can pay at the time of the meeting.
The Chef is making a family style meal of the three entrees which include:
- Roasted Pork Tenderloin wrapped in bacon and topped with a Michigan Cherry Demi-Glace.
- Oven-Roasted Half Chicken served with Fresh Herb Butter
- Vegetarian Lasagna made with roasted vegetables with ricotta cheese base, topped with Alfredo sauce.
We will be able to try all three!
