St Patrick Day Great Lake CKCS Club Luncheon Meeting

We have selected the menu for the specialty banquet and now it time to taste them! The club is hosting a St Patrick Day’s family style luncheon meeting on March 17th at 2:00 pm. We will first start out with a tour of the hotel, meeting and banquet rooms that will be used for the specialty.  Lunch will be served at 2:30 pm.

Location: The specialty host hotel, The Four Points by Sheraton Kalamazoo, 600 East Cork Street Court Kalamazoo, MI 49001

Lunch will have to be RSVP to me at  or via cell at 231-499-3965 by Thursday, March 8th noon$15.00 per person paid to the Great Lakes CKCSC; this fee is non-refundable. You can pay at the time of the meeting.

The Chef is making a family style meal of the three entrees which include:

  • Roasted Pork Tenderloin wrapped in bacon and topped with a Michigan Cherry Demi-Glace.
  • Oven-Roasted Half Chicken served with Fresh Herb Butter
  • Vegetarian Lasagna made with roasted vegetables with ricotta cheese base, topped with Alfredo sauce.

We will be able to try all three!
